I’ve suspected for a while that AP may even be part of the ‘mental’ problem at FC

He is Brett’s manager and he can’t seem to get the best out of him or any other head coach we’ve had.

I’ve worked for many big Corps and yes the CEO is also accountable and fish do rot from the head !

Sack Brett and AP really needs to have a real look at himself

Dead club at the moment, perpetually 6th place but never going to win anything, ground rent kiling the finances. Fan base bored stiff, where do we go from here?

Clear problem with the seniors in the team for me as touched upon by Dan Tomlinson.

I look at Shaul, Houghton and Griffin,Taylor who should be rallying this team when it gets tough and leading byexample, and all I'm seeing is terrible body language and a real lack of effort at times. When you sense abit of a Totton core and mentality at the club the above are the issue.

Be brave Hodgson and move them on or phase them out, or lose your job simple.

Give Lovodua and Balmforth the hooking roles.

Boy do we need Connor back to replace Shaul.

Sign another prop and let Taylor go.

Move Griffin on as he's an error machine and attitude in defence has worsened.

Wont be a popular opinion as some are poster boys to board members, but tough decisions have to be made in sport and its one that's been delayed 1 season too many.

The match stats are as grim as you might imagine. Fifty one missed tackles. Six each for Johnstone and Sao. Wynne missed more tackles than he completed.

Taylor just two carries, Lovodua somehow managed an average gain of two metres.

The Stats show the team are no longer listening to BH
He’s lost the dressing room
because he’s a nice guy

He won’t get it back - time to move on

Best post I've seen on here for a long time totally agree 100% move them 4 on is a priority for Hodgson and Pearson

Stats are awful for every player except Satae.

OK saying move those 4 on, but 3 are under contract and we need replacements in a really tough market, unfortunately think we are stuck with them for another season.

The key thing is that these players are accountable, if they never get dropped where in the incentive to play.

Its unbelievable that Houghton has to play 80 minutes every week.

BH rewards poor performance with position security !
It’s much bigger than individual players - come on !
It’s BH and KP and also AP must be too soft

Well Houghtons out of contract so there's one we can say thank you for your services too. Distribution is getting worse, and head doesn't look in it at times.

Shaul has he got another year after this one? If so try and loan him out with his wages covered for next season.

Taylor same as above.

Griffin same as above.

You've got to question, the decisions from the top, contract renewals and judgement on players, leaving a hell of alot to be desired. Still alot of work to do on this squad, Hodgson isn't helping by persevering with massively out of form seniors and players who have been told they arnt needed by the club anymore.

Catch 22 stick with the ones with the wrong mentalitys and bad form and hope for the best.

Or introduce an academy batch, putting up with maybe short term pain, but the experience will do them good, plus the effort and desire would be there.

Very intrigued what happens end of season, as soon as Connor got injured this season was done for me, as we're way too 1 dimensional, and Hodgson seems to have no plan or attacking strategy in place.

I'd be working my hardest to remove the 4 mentioned, and shrewdly if possible signing some senior pros to replace them who have strong leadership and professionalism, to compliment the talent coming through.
