Is Hoy just a Poundland Jordan Rankin, or better than that?

you never can tell how aussies will go over here, but i think he will go really well in sl.always impressed me when ive seen him play.you only have to watch the superb individual try against penrith earlier this year in round 3,to know what hes capable of.

Hoy’s highlights looks like he’s a good running back.
He’s played 1st grade Nrl , 22yrs old and he certainly looks better than anything we currently have in the halves.

Highlights don't show the full story, but the number 6 for Newcastle looks handy

Truman apart, if confirmed Hull FC recruitment for 2023 seems rather quiet when compared to other Super League teams.

It's a tricky one. Obviously things are going on in the background and BH plays his cards close to hi chest.

I don't think we need a major overhaul, just tweaks, but they're predominantly in the spine.

Let's say Hoy and Trueman have signed. If we could sign a Centre/SR on top I'd be reasonably happy to replace Ma'u.

If the budget would stretch a hooker, but its slim pickings and if Denive is as good as we hope he shiut get a shot

Well Rovers and Warrington have annnounced some signings for next year, not sure about other clubs. I heard via a sponsor it was three in and three out at Hull which I guess includes Reynolds who wouldn't have been kept for 2023. It depends at each club how many players are out of contract. Some years clubs will be 'quiet' as you say but will be busy other years. Rovers and Warrington may be quieter for 2024.

If you look at the retained list for the end of the season published recently it suggests that Salford and Wigan will be quiet on the in/out front.

Just in time for Magic. No pressure kid
