Totally agree prime example been Carlos

People bang the drum about him been one of the best in the league but likes of percival, Goodwin, najaima, hurrell, gildert etc are all better than him last few years

The last player we had who was the top 2 or 3 in the league was Kelly in 2017

Theres a reason why were consistently poop and one of them is because too many people think players like Carlos are quality. Carlos is a run of the mill centre, doesnt score much, is injured a lot and wouldnt get in any of the so called top fives starting 13.

Saying players like Gildart and Hurrell have been better than Carlos the last few seasons is hilarious.
Carlos is a quality player and because he's had one injury hit season he's been written off as run of the mill.
Put him in the saints or wigan side surrounded by better players and you would realise what a quality player he is.
Looking forward to seeing him prove the doubters wrong next season.

Hurrell was at a poor Leeds side for years

Even in 2016 Carlos didn't ever go wow he was consistent like 7 or 8 but never 10/10

Best centres in the league go to nrl Carlos has never got close to that level

He hasn't even scored a SL hat trick for us for a centre 6 years not scoring a hat trick is poor strike rate really

Griffin at his very best is better than a very best Carlos

 he's probably been our best overseas import of the last 10 seasons.

I swear you don't actually go to any games

He's a clown. Just types things and thinks it makes them true.

"Hurrell was at a poor Leeds side for years". In his three seasons there they finished fifth twice, got to two play off semi finals and won the Challenge Cup.

Like I've said before, everyone has their own opinion, mine is the polar opposite.
Carlos is a strong and elusive centre, reads well in defensive positions and often makes the winger's life much easier because of that, he hasn't blistering speed , but his interception against a much fancied Cas side, in the cup a few years back, showed he is no slouch and turned the game on its head, with us running out comfortable winners.
If we get a good version of Griffin back, so much the better for the team , but Carlos is way better, in my opinion.

Leeds finishing 5th is failure for a side that have dominated super league between 2007 to 2015

You clown

Bet you was throwing sweets to the players end of last season

If Carlos is "so good" why hasn't he received a samoa call up since he's been with us ?

Tim lafai and sio did

Point is we can do better than Carlos

Lafai is another who is 100% better than Carlos
