Kayln Ponga might be available. Good job we've kept hold of a quota spot

We have a fullback playing really well at Wakefield just at the moment.

He's called Jamie Shaul - you should check him out.

Only played 3/4 games. lets see what you say in a year, been poor for Hull and a lot of injuries, maybe need a change of clubs, but the right decision to move him on.

Of course. I'm merely having a friendly rib at your coaches choices, and you've seen a hell of a lot more of Shaul than we have.

He's been good for us.

As has Bowden - absolute monster!

Sometimes players just need to move to regain a joy for the game.

Didn't work out as well as Reece Lyne has.

Well keep sending em over, just keep in top league in case we need them back.

Bowden would be more useful than Taylor, that’s for sure

The saying 'familiarity breeds contempt' sums up Hull perfectly and is the biggest issue with Hull FC as we have stuck by and with a large group of players for too long. Bowden and Shaul are good players but just didn't seem to have the hunger or desire needed and its no different with Houghton, Griffin, Taylor and even Lane. Its as though they are just too comfortable and used to the surroundings to push that extra few %. We have a very stale squad and its not been helped by the lack of Head Coaches than can genuinely motivate the players infact it just emphasises the problems.

Exactly both had poor attitudes and a move has probably given them a kick up the boots.

Shame we can't do it to a few others.
