Shaul's contract situation is a bit of a mystery, I cannot see anything officially confirming how long his current deal is, only that in 2020 the club promised to honour the new offer despite his long term injury.

His preference is to stay at Leeds though
Right type of player, would prefer this type of signing to Mellor, but can't see him leaving Leeds, probable his agent getting it on their to the press to pressure Leeds to up their offer.
