Just wish the club would hurry up and get it officially announced.

They only sacked Hodgson 2 days ago, I think 2 days is pretty good, compare this when Radford was sacked, took us 6 months plus to announce his replacement and even then we got the wrong coach.

My comment Dave is based on the RL press have pretty much confirmed the appointment on social media. The club just need to get it confirmed now.

Hopefully soon, probably 99% done, hopefully Pearson agreeing to a bit of cash to touch up the squad.

Its even more mental when you consider the interim coach got us 80 minutes away from a grand final and a play off victory.

Been saying similar for years. If you look at all the SL Grand Finals there's a pretty small percentage of participants that aren't the Big 3 (Saints, Wigan, Leeds) since the demise of Bradford. You need cash for first team and a strong pipeline/ infrastructure. Outside of these and Warrington there's not enough cash for clubs to afford both.

Smaller still now. Great and gallant effort by Salford but in the end yet another final with the same old same old participants.
