Utter nonsense. A good leader and tactician could turn fortunes around within 6 months as we are hardly bottom of the table fodder with the players we have.
Anybody taking the "cliched 2-3 years" is:

a. The wrong person for the job
b. Out of a job within a year
c. Won't get past the interview stage

I’m hoping that in 2-3 years they’ve come in, changed the team around, gone back to the NRL

Huddersfield also looking for a new coach next year, not sure not renewing Woolfords contract is a good decision, think he has done a decent job under the circumstances, certainly done well bringing young players in.

Apparently all by mutual consent, maybe had enough and been offered a role in NRL.

A bit of a leap from Rugby League to American Football?

I don't think many would agree, but that would be my choice. He ticks the boxes for me.

Seems the players are buying into Andy Last.

Think he’ll get the gig myself in these uncertain times (on a rolling contract). Backed up by Purtill and The Legend that is Gaz Ellis.

I don't think he will, the players are going to say that, I'm not even sure Last will want the job.
