Colin Welland was quite involved in rugby league, sure he was part of the team, in the Fulham rugby league club formation, and wrote frequently in support of our game.

I hope the great Danny Houghton goes round at least one more time, a superb athlete and ambassador for our club, in the most challenging of positions he has continued to excel.

On my last journey to Headingley on coach this time, one of my regular travel companions told me one of our sponsors will pull the plug next season, he’s not happy with being asked for more cash from JC.
