In all honesty it's difficult to know what you are watching these days. Line speed is so fast that players must be offside, markers seldom square ,moving off the mark , poor play the ball ,forward passes. I think i ,along with most referees, am ignoring the rules these days in the interests of sanity.
Dead right ,sir . If anything the rules need to be simplified to aid the watching public then we can enjoy the spectacle instead of questioning reffing decisions for 80 minutes.
