Do you think Halifax and Sheffield signed below par played in Harrison and Jackson after we casted them off in the early 90s? Would Cas fans regard Watts as a cast off?

Raynor, Carvell etc.

We have signed a player from the army with no previous RL experience who hasn't done too badly.

Overall Radfords recruitment has been very good (not perfect), he has signed a few players wrote off or questioned before they even played a game, who have turned to be very good signings.

I'm pretty sure sheffield and halifax were better than us when those players left
