Enjoyed listening to big Dave on this weeks Trinity heritage podcast he loves Trinity and would love to play a season together with Andrew. Would be brilliant for us in my opinion.

Not really, purely because Andrew Fifita is shot. His knees, amongst other things, are done. He is averaging around 20 mins a game for Cronulla because that is all he can do anymore. Whilst its a nice thought we need more from someone who would be one of our highest earning players than 20 mins a week. We are not a club that can carry luxury players.
His he anymore shot than Johnstone with his ongoing concussion worries and his two ACL constructions , and his recent mysterious injuries that even the coach doesn’t know what it is . I’m sure if there was a chance he was coming over to play at the club there would be a rigorous medical exam to pass long before he ever signed on the dotted line .

The fact he’s still in the starting 17 of a very good sharks team is positive. The world class Fifita of 4/5 years ago is long gone but I think he’d still be pretty good over here.

He would be a quality signing.
