In the last 15/20 the best teams we have had have had Kear involved. It seems to me he has a way of getting the best out of players for whatever reason.

If it was in the role of player recruitment and overseeing the football business (rather than the wider business which MC excels at) I would be in support of his return…
Get MC away from the football choices and let him run the business… he’s an immensely loyal person but that gets on the way of him making hard decisions.

Do you mean since we were teetering on bankruptcy and had to sell all our players and were in the million pound game and didn't own our stadium and had to pay hundreds of thousands for rent and upkeep for no value and the floodlights were poor and the there was no bulb in the toilet?
