You won’t get many offloads away if that’s the case. It’s the future not the past that relates to what we need now. We need impact.
Thanks Fordy. Any idea how many minutes both did?

Sorry, pulled those stats from the Superleague website and minutes is one it doesn't give you

According to twitter last night, big clearout coming.

If true or not, I don't know, and if it is, there were no names brandished about.

Worked well for us when Brian Smith did it

Do not think W Poaching is in the B Smith catagory ,but in fairness to W Poaching he is going for younger players

True but that was probably because
Smith was an incredibly experienced and respected 1st team coach, 30 year plus experience, dally m coach of year, multiple grand finals etc

Looked like a real quality player a few years ago however he has fallen away badly.

Not sure where the 6’7” stat comes from but he is nowhere near that.

Listed at 6’2” on the official Hull site and I think that is optimistic.

The main issue with him he is another “middle” rather than a Prop.

We have a pack full of “middles” at the moment apart from Fifita and now Butler who are both out and out props.

He isn’t a signing that improves us in my opinion so I’d be steering clear personally.

See that he's turning out for the Hull reserves tonight at BV.

I got the stats off the ever reliable wiki btw.

Are we judging a player based on one appearance.

Seen some of our props in the past 2-3 go a full stint, without taking the ball up

Why bother when you can have your best player driving the ball out from his own 10 over and over

.... and wonder why he spends too much of his time injured.

No different to any other winger in Super League
