I remember when Wigan wanted to sign a contracted player they use to inform the press in the hope that it might unsettle a player to get them to push for a release. The problem for them now is that they are not the team they were and I think all clubs will no longer be bullied because they know that Wigan cannot fund a fee for any contracted player and success is no longer guaranteed. When would a returning player from the NRL not go back to Wigan instead preferring to go to Warrington.
I think it was rather bad taste for MC to show Chester how well the team now performs once he left. I bet they didn’t let him near the changing rooms to give an half time team talk.

A thread about Miller going to Wigan and of course you bring CC into it.

I think that I will start a thread about our 4th new floodlight, how long will it take for you to bring CC into that conversation?

Millers been playing like he was in 2017 but in between his form has been hit and miss. Don’t think he’s the half Wigan need.

The other teeny weeny little problem is that Wigan currently have seven overseas players registered excluding Hastings and I doubt the league would allow them to have 9 or 10.

Hastings is going to west tigers and they still don't know what Tommy Lu is doing next season , so theres possibly two spaces.

They've signed two forwards from NRL.
Hastings space on register has already been taken.

And no, have you not made friends in the workplace? The fellas worked together for 5 years, probably enjoyed a couple of beers over that time and developed a friendship. Just because Chester was let go, it’s not to say they’re not friends anymore.

You’ve just debunked your own post there, nice one.
