Doncaster have signed Oliver Greensmith on a season long known; I don’t know a lot about him other than he’s a centre
Big lad at 6”4 17stone very good looking takes after his dad Should have been given a chance last year but for whatever reasons didn’t. He’s been ripping it up at donny in training, been there 2 weeks

Tbh I think it’s good for him, let’s just pray he doesn’t get injured like Croft. Hope he rips it up
Being a little cynical now, this might happen soon on a permanent basis, ie, if we loose the academy & have no A team, how would we Play him/train him/learn him ready for first team ability? We cannot play everyone ready for the first team ! Happy days to come ?
Can only be of benefit to the lad and the club. It’s a tough enough sport to break through in without spending another year just training and not getting match time

Totally agree, not so sure the cannonball tackles are as well policed in lower leagues...not that I'm saying that's what happened to Jack Croft as I wasn't there and haven't heard how his injury happened
I think that proves he can play against the “misters” needed to stand out in a league one game and certainly did, played well made plenty of post contact metres, quick plays of the ball scored a couple of try’s, made a couple of crucial tackles and got donny out of trouble a couple of times. Topped off with MOM from Paul Cooke who couldn’t stop talking about him all game
