Just got this via e-mail today, lets hope we can deliver these on the back of a win, it would be nice.

'Just to let you know we have a leaflet drop advertising the upcoming games going out across Ossett, Horbury, Crofton, Sandal, Agbrigg and surrounding areas totalling 20,000 homes. Thanks to all of you that donated. Can you pass this on please.

Very encouraging and with stats at nearly 50% of people responding to leaflet drops in a positive manner, let's hope we can attract more fans.

True.

Just looking at you're avatar, has to be said CC has an unfortunate face, he's really not media-friendly, sort of an Ed Milliband. Oh well.

Yes. I got the confirmation from the guy delivering the leaflets that the club had done their bit.
Well done Vasty and all those who contributed.

I don't know how big a benefit it will be but I'm certain there is a benefit there. Well worth the money.

Who knows but it's a gesture to the public that we are still out there and still trying.

Excellent news, well done Vastman for sorting and everyone who pitched in some dosh.

We're a funny old bunch Wakefield fans, always falling out and bickering with each other but we do get together as a unit when required.

Hope this works and if so, should be repeated a couple of times a season.

With the odd exceptions, I totally agree. Shame some can't differentiate between debate and reality, myself included at times :D

Fingers crossed, it generates some interest for the club.
As an aside, did a leaflet drop for my Daughter's dance school and she has received plenty of interest and new customers.
So it can work!

A good performance on TV on friday on the back of the leaflets would help a lot.
