A story from the same journo as Stanlrygate. Looks a sleazy hatchet job for me with load missing and out of context, make your own minds up.

The video is on the Wakefield fans site on Facebook. He’s now good mates with the coaching staff etc only came back for his 2nd season because the team bond was strong. He Can’t argue with signing Kelepi as he has been great for us.

To be honest I took it as a joke but it's been packaged up as a bit more than that by this Journo.

Trying to work out which park it was, it describes most of Wakefield which is sadly becoming the dirtiest city in the UK imho.

Yes, I reckon it is. We were using their 'barn' and the pitch at the back of the old Jubilee Hotel I believe.

Didn’t he leave after we didn’t offer him another contract, can’t have hated it that much.

From his comments in other interviews, they've missed out the parts where he says those are the reasons why he enjoyed it at Wakey, that there were no egos, everyone knew what the situation was. He's not slagging the club of, in my view, but looking back on his time with fondness and humour. Of course, they don't get to that bit.

That’s what I’m eluding too, it’s edited to sound far more sensationalist than it is. The journalist even highlights the expletives, very Daily Mail.

Agree.
Thought he was a good player for us.
I have been watching the old games with him playing and tbh, he played well in nearly all the games.
A nice bloke too - had a good chat with him following a match in the Shack whilst watching the football....
