Just wanted to point out that when it’s all done and dusted, we’ll have spent a lot of money defending it, to the detriment of the playing squad for next season.

Take out of that what you want but it might mean anything, such as 1 player to come in instead of 2, or the quality of the player to come has to be less. It was only the other day we were looking to sign a quality NRL player, so who knows apart from those that need to.

The Toronto funding split between the clubs in this year superleague should/would potentially increase budgets by £160000

Only if SL clubs are sharing it all out. We aren’t though. Made a great headline for all those championship fans who wanted to knock greedy SL owners though didn’t it

Just had a quick look and Cas first choice props
Watts
Cook
Millington
Massey
Moors
Hepi, who we've only just signed
Smith
and Jesse and Foster who have both played prop when needed.
We do seem to have plenty of options but not sure if we would let any one go as Massey like Millo is due a benefit.

It was quoted by Robert Elstone on 17 Sept that the funding would be shared amongst the 11 clubs tbf unless things have since changed which is definitely possible with our fantastic governing body
