Probably so, but that's where I saw the spray. Could well be getting a design for the full revamp to get planning and than constructing it piecemeal.

Certainly doing the East and North stands at the same time would transform the ground but it sounds too good to be true to me, I'll believe it when I see it as the cliche goes.

John Minards announced a few months ago that the East Stand was going to be the first stage of redevelopment. Incorperating hospitality etc.

If hospitality is going to be included in the new East Stand, would that spell the end of the flats, which could eventually mean away fans behind the sticks at that end ?

I think you are confusing East and West, you disagree with GEOR, then say leave East terrace until last.

The East will be the shop window for the Club and the major part of a redevelopment.

I agree East should be first.

However I also think the West Terrace should be next. The North stand is more acceptable in that it is part covered and the terrace is at least steep enough to see the game. The West terrace is an absolute joke and whoever designed the terracing needs locking up.

I also think we should be more welcoming to away supporters. They benefit us greatly on a financial basis if we can increase their numbers. I am surprised they even bother to turn up at the moment the way they are treated when they arrive. Further to that I do not want us to act like Leeds. They have a fantastic ground on all three sides but their attitude is, Give the crap uncovered end to the away lot we don't give a toss about them.
