copy right of the club emblem going on there
“The bond between the players is something I’ve never had with any other club. Everyone comes into one and we’re all one group. Whenever we get a new signing, everyone just embraces the culture. It’s what I love about this club and I just can’t wait for the journey ahead.”

In my view, more times we can get our brand out there the better. The community team should get plaudits for having us so many of getting the name Wakefield Trinity out there.

There is something going on here and I think it has something to do with the stadium.

In the last few years the proliferation of teams affiliated to the club has been very noticeable. Disabled/ladies RL/ladies football/wakefield united or whatever they are called but you get my drift.

Slowly but surely Trinity is truly becoming the sporting hub for the city and truly representational of the whole community.

If we are ever to re-develop BV we need access to all the funding available. Who knows if we will ever get anything from YC so for us to have purchased BV there must be a plan B.

No organisation has more cash than the FA and they have made it clear that they will fund development in areas where there are no pro clubs. They are also massively keen to promote the women’s game.

With this being backed up by the Trust fronting much of it there is a real legitimacy to it. So if we are to get access to grants/council support and funding this is how you do it.

I could be imagining all this of course or alternatively someone is being very smart, I hope.

i hope you are right.

correct if I am wrong but wakey must be close to the biggest city without a pro football team in the UK?

Why has it never had one?

it would be smart to share our new stadium with a football team that is where the money is in the UK
