If it's just for this season while we get some backs back from injury and to give Pauli more game time I'm all for it. But Sau is 32, we have loads of backs (injured) and Pauli is young and has heaps of potential, so for the long term I don't think it's the best deal for us. Has anyone thought that his dad passing away may have something to do with his attitude of late? Unless I read his Instagram story wrong the other week, I don't think he's been back home since it happened
Doesn’t really matter how much potential Pauli has if he’s not interested or motivated . Poor performances from him on too many occasions , especially given the rest of the team have been running on empty .
Good bit of business that I think suits all parties!
Just a shame Sau is cup tied...will be able to take Kershaw out though and take the pressure off him a little.
It must also mean we are starting to look healthy again in the forwards with players returning which is a bonus...
Maybe now going forward though with the drier pitches and warmer weather (hopefully) we will start going with Wood and Randell interchanging instead of four forwards on the bench which has served us well...excited to see how Randell goes in the coming months because from his interview the other day it looks like he wants another contract so is going to have to play well to earn one which bodes well...
I hope Pauli responds well to the move and comes back a better player because going forward I still think there’s a player there who could be a real asset...
Smart move though from the club so long as Sau is fit and ready to play!

At the moment it just a loan for a month it isn’t permanent, not yet anyway.
Has someone at the club won the lottery or something?
Another back row forward...to add to...
Ashurst, Kirmond, Batchelor, Horo, King, Crowther...Randell as a 13.....
Wouldn't say we was short in that department and would be spending money we didn't really need to in my eyes?
Sau is a centre We have no outside back cover at all, if mcb got injured for example who would replace him He's the perfect signing Tonnes of experience too
