Great signing for a couple of years. Still looked dangerous last year definitely improves us and hopefully take Hampshire under his wing. A new FB now and I'm happy. Top business
IF Brough comes back to Wakefield, Hampshire will be your new full back.
I sincerely hope this isn't true - he's done, and is entirely the wrong fit for the culture that CC has created around our squad.
And for anyone who looks to Broughy to take a young player under his wing - you obviously didn't watch the last time he was with us; he did quite the opposite.
Although I think CC recruitment has been very good, this one really worries me. I hope, if he does come back, he cuts out all the snarling at team mates and refs.
Remember him throwing a pass a yard in front of Dale Morton then bollocking the lad for not taking it!
Never forgotten that - Morton had a torrid season playing with the misters in a beaten side - got smashed to bits every week - but always gave it a go; the spray that Broughy gave him for not taking that wild pass was shameful.

He can't and if people on here think this bloke has anything to offer I despair. It's taken years to create an ethos that a player like this could destroy in weeks.
This I'm afraid if it happens will be CC Julian O'neil signing and that would be sad because I thought he was better than that and still hope he is.
If true this seems to me as a direct replacement for Liam Finn - an older head to control the game when needed, albeit IMO Brough has a greater upside than Liam.
