All you need to know is that it's a cynical and blatant attempt to gerrymander the next GE; if the proposed changes go through, the Tories would double their advantage over Labour, with the same vote share.

Jeez! Any opportunity to promote your left wing credentials. I mean Labour didn’t do anything like that when they were in power, did they? Oh no,God forbid!

Green boundaries on the map are the final proposals as agreed by the Boundary Commission on 5th September 2018, Belle Vue is definitely in Wakefield Rural constituency probably with Jon Trickett as MP.

Spot on there Reds.

If it happens then will tricky boy stick to his Hemsworth tag and go to be MP for Hemsworth and Barnsley or represent the new seat of Wakefield rural, could be very interesting.

Wakefield Express reporting that our favourite council leader has narrowly survived a vote of 'no confidence' from the Labour Group on the council. I hope he doesn't go before he delivers the Community Stadium.

I reckon Tricky will go to Wakefield Rural which will adopt a large area of the old Hemsworth constituency, and the sitting Barnsley East MP will take the new Barnsley East & Hemsworth seat, Prince. Whoever does take responsibility for Belle Vue will probably not advocate a revamping of the ground. By the time of the next GE, Trinity will have probably been told by Super League that they're gonna occupy a Championship place.

During todays council meeting, Mr Box was asked about the community stadium, he explained that MC asked him not to mention it due to ongoing discussions but he could provide council with an update next week....
