Is it significant that little has happened over at the 5 Towns development as well.
This is right in Box' & Coopers back yard ??

Totally different development types, Newmarket warehouse/ logistical where demand is outstripping supply the other is retail isn’t it?

Yep, it is. I'm surprised they're even trying to build such a big retail project in today's high street climate tbh. Especially as there's quite a number of shops etc down that area already.
