Have to agree with a lot of the comments. When we get near the opposition line we are clueless. We pass the ball to players who are standing. Only Ashurst ran angles last night. Smith needs much more time to develop and we haven’t got that luxury. To me it’s one of two things: either the players are not playing as directed or it’s bad coaching. I will not be at the Leigh match. Not paying to watch headless chickens running around.
I’m as disappointed as anyone the way this season has gone, but will anyone of you who believes the Trinity CEO, Chairman and Board, are deliberately manipulating our demise, please explain Why they would do that, when the simplest thing to do would be to just walk away, as others (management) have done in the past.?
A simple question to the club. Howe many games in a season of 27, do we need to lose before making a change to the coaching staff ? Were almost halfway through the season and 0/12 and quite frankly, despite a decent performance for 60minutes last week and a reasonable showing v Salford, we havent come close to beating anyone. If the club isn't prepared to make a change, then, after 35 years+, I'm done.
I agree wrencat. As someone else said, I don't think this is the worst set of players we've had in the SL era, so how long does this go on? We have to give another coach a chance to see if he can get a tune out of them with ball in hand. At the moment, they look like they just met each other EVERY MATCH

Totally agree. This is where I diverge in the complaining. When it gets personal, when stupid, wild, libellous accusations are being thrown about, I'm out
Mash has that rare ability to make half decent players look/perform worse instead of better . I wasn’t one calling for his head from the start ,it was obvious he has a great affinity with the club , but in hindsight he should have stayed exactly where he was and kept that conveyor belt of youth coming through , because I see that as our future rather than the endless overpriced disappointments from down under . He openly stated at the meeting that if he didn’t think he was the man for the job he would step aside ,we’ll I’m afraid that time is overdue . We’ve been turned into a once proud club into the laughing stock of RL . We’ve survived the winding up orders the Pearman debacle and the Hussain madness ,to get to a point where the off field problems are coming to fruition,(stadium) to then be saddled with stat after stat as the bottom performing team ever since records began . I’m of the opinion that this season will be our last in super league , the get out of jail cards have been used up . Looking forwards as ever the optimist, going down will give us a long overdue clear out ,a new guy in charge who hopefully isn’t as stubborn or pigheaded as the last incumbent and has the gonads to do what’s right for the club and supporters ,who after all are the lifeblood of any team .

They most certainly aren’t but they aren’t helping the situation either by digging their heels in when it’s plain for all to see that our current coach at this present time Is not fit for purpose at this level . 12 games or so is long enough to realise it isn’t working and change has to happen . Simple facts are we can’t change the team as much as we’d like to ,so the well trodden path is to relieve the coach of his duties

The signs were there in pre season. Only friendlies but they give you a bit of an indication. Struggled against championship sides lost to a very weak Leeds side and got absolutely battered by hull and actually did better with a team full of youngsters on the field rather than the first team players. Worst side and worst coach in super league history I’m afraid. Sad to say I can’t see any changes forthcoming and we will just continue to dwindle our way into obscurity. For the CEO to say pre match that they’re basically planning for championship next season shows the level of ambition and fight left at this once great club. Absolutely scandalous yet they’re still asking for more support through the turnstiles! We have a poor fan base anyway and it’s getting smaller by the week. I used to look forward to games but now it’s a chore and I only go for my son and because we have season tickets.

The stats speak for themselves 0/12 and already and we're not even halfway through the season, we have the unenviable record of failing to score more times than ANY other side in SL history. Our "attack" is utter garbage.
We managed to march Hull back up the field reasonably well but, in their 20, just nothing (ok 1 try and 2 drop outs).
It's getting harder and harder to go to home games, the frustration cant be good for anyone's health

I get the planning for every eventuality I really do ,especially in our current predicament, but by papering over the cracks and not being decisive , he is accentuating the problem every game we lose and so making our long stay in super league all the more likely to fail
