I think you are right.

Exactly that...wasn't that when Wigan broke the salary cap to stay up as well?

Edit: just seen that point made by Mopsey...not like me to be so slow

I don't think this is even a thing. Cas ground is not sub standard enough to be kicked out of the league. It's just someone starting a rumour.

I'd even support Cas in defending this at our expense.

Likewise. We need to take our medicine and move on. Go get our ducks in a row, get back up and make sure we are never in this position again.

What's the prospect of Wakey getting it SL status if both Cas n feath manage to remain in SL
Don't think 3 clubs all from the same district would be looked at favourable

There is no 'favourably'. If we all get the points, we are all in. We lose the value in catchment no matter what league we are in.

No different to Leigh and Wigan. They get the crowds so no one is worried.

Apologies as it strays away from the thread slightly but I was only thinking yesterday just how well we'd go if we didn't have 800 clubs in the WF catchment area.

Wakefield
Castleford
Featherstone
Dewsbury
Batley

Surely we'd be pushing 10k gates.

Anyway back to the rumours. Jermaine McGillvary announced as departing the Giants at the end of the year.

Get him in on a one year deal over the Fat... sorry Flying Pig.

Anybody any idea what the Cas and Fev IMG rating score is currently, are they above Wakey, below or same.
