 No I had no plans to go, I think the competition is a joke when teams like Oldham and Doncaster rest key players for it.

I'll take my chances with the league and the FA cup.

If we get citeh in the League cup I'll turn up just to be part of the meet and greet team.

I'm confused, it was the League Cup on Tuesday and how could we get City in the JP

Great 1-0 win for us over Oldham Pathetic. Was chuffed for Abbott at full time they guy wants the job so bad and he's going the right way about it with 2 wins in 2 games under him.

Oldham looked extremely crap, Ricketts is so fat he can hardly run.

Draw would have been a fair result. We had a clear penalty turned down and other than the penalty I don't think you actually had a shot on target for the whole game.

The Jeff Smith header that was disallowed was a shot, Gall had numerous throughout the game, Bridge-Wilkinson hit a few.

We had loads on target, perhaps had Davies not dived numerous times throughout the game he would have been gifted the penalty. You had your chance to level it in the last minute and blasted it out the ground.

Good 1-1 draw for Crewe away at Bristol Rovers.

I am sure that Rovers are gutted since the match stats show it was so one-sided that they must wonder what they have to do to win.

A point will do for me.

Big top of the table clash on Saturday mate, how do you fancy your chances?

Just a shame to miss when I'm at Wembley, my mates say it's a cracking away trip.
