Churlish of me a little, the morning after French scores 7 tries and you win 60-0 but it seems like winning with 12 men isn’t for everyone….

64 mins with 12 men and 11 men for the last 8 and we nil an in form Hudds team. That’s exceptional. Absolutely incredible.

*also lost Hopoate after 3 mins so was down a sub for 77 mins too.

Cheers for that
Absolutely made up for you

Remember, we had to try and do it against the Best team that ever lived, who every single one of them is better than our players so it was a really tough task for us.
Whereas you played a team that is a millions miles away from your standard so although a good performance its not that incredible really?

As an aside
Yourself and YG amongst a couple of others were crying foul last week about attitudes towards away fans (in particular Saints fans) when they post on here. I didn't bother at the time but it was pointed out that not 100% agreeing with everything a Saints fan says in here isn't the same as being *insert word as I can't describe the attitude of the majority of Redvee fans to Wigan posters on there* etc
Imagine Rogues posting similar on Redvee and the response he would have got.

I've posted dozens of times over the last 5 years or so that this board needs the views of other fans more, otherwise it will become a cesspit echo chamber of myopic one eyed views, but even then it will never reach the depths of Redvee.
There will always be some who want to rail against a Saints fans view, but they very rarely reduce it to disgusting personal attacks (and please don't compare someone saying get off your high horse to some of the vitriol handed out on Redvee).
I really mean this when I say I wish more and more would come on, but I also say with it just bear in mind that we're not always going to100% agree with everything they say.
As I wrote about 2008/2009 to saints fans when they were top of the tree, and wish I could find the post where I said it,
"Your views and opinions aren't better or more correct than ours, your teams just winning so you think they are".
For the next 8/9 seasons or so the same could have been said to us in reverse, and now it's flip flopped for 3 years again.
It's the equivalent of the nob jockeys you see coming out of games when they win trying to antagonise away supporters who you never see or act like angry babies when they lose.

Anyway, enjoy your victory, we're all really pleased for you, I mean the way Saints have been magnanimous over the last couple of years in their victories has really made me warm to them

You do have a special team over there at the moment. That being said, Hudds were way off last night, having watched it this morning. All counts for little, each regular game is worth 2 points. All that matters is September/October (?) time and I’m pretty confident that Hudds and Wigan will be very close to Saints. Not sure on Catalans anymore?

I was surprised with Watson’s comments this week when he implied that Saints and Hudds are the two best teams.

Wigan are comfortably our nearest challengers and us and Wigan are the two best teams in the comp by a distance. It makes for a fascinating end to the season, a lot will depend on injuries. We lose Welsby or Lomax and we are potentially done. Wigan lose French or Field and it could be similar.

I think the full quote of Watson was along the lines of Hudds and Saints being the best two teams in terms of field position and turning the ball over, and I agree with him. Wigan have suffered that fate in games against both teams, with them only being able to get over the line in one game, but both really tight, nip and tuck games.

That’s why I say Hudds will be a challenger to Saints; their grindy style of rugby is suited to the play offs.

Huddersfield haven't played well since the Challenge Cup Final

They did for a couple of weeks, in fact they were absolutely superb but it then feels like they’ve hit a bit of a wall. It’s understandable I suppose. I think a few absences have hurt them but everyone has those.

Its not churlish of you one bit, you notice that French had made history and Wigan had won 60-0 and the talk is all about French & Wigan (Especially on this board) that you felt left out so much that you was moved to mention how well Saints had performed.
Dont come back and say I am being sarcastic as I dont care you could have just said well done French and left it at that.
If it was in reverse and we went on Redvee do you think the response would be as accommodating.
