One of the best coaches we ever had 'if not the best' also never played professional. Took us from a half decent team to World Champions in less than two years.

How can that be when he was not at the club during part of that period as he was for a spell, Coach at Sale Sharks?
And I have never seen anything about him being a Academy Coach or an official Assistant Coach like Winder was!
From What I have been told, he was only involved in the fitness side at the club and not the actual coaching of players.
There is a difference between Coaching and Training!
