Is the squad perfect? No, I don’t think it is. I’d like a halfback and another prop personally (and a centre if Hardaker goes) but I can’t for the life of me see that we’re weaker in general (a halfback aside). your right but if we have early season long term injuries again then its all the same

I give Saints praise for their lack of injuries these past few seasons. It can’t just be a coincidence that they hardly get a cold between them but take 7 or 8 players out of their first 17 on a regular basis and they wouldn’t be in a great spot either, so it isn’t exclusive to Wigan. Fingers crossed we start 2022 in a better spot injury wise and this time we get a bit more luck.

Maybe a back up halfback, someone with a bit of experience on a short term deal.
Big tall strong running second rower, like a McMeekin or Sironen type back rower. |
