If he did sign then what would happen if/when his dad departs?

Why wouldn’t a player who gets a game in the best team in the world not be looked at or considered?

I get the point you are trying to make but the kid is clearly very talented so why wouldn’t we look at him?
Unofficially the most boring poster on Cherry and White.

He certainly played well today. Whether that is good enough for the Roosters to keep him, bearing in mind the quality of their established half back pairing, I'm not too sure. Really wouldn't mind if he ended up with us.

And neither would any Lancastrian.

He was pretty good, I thought. A couple of forward passes, one picked up and one not (which led to a try!), but he looked lively and confident. The Roosters look so good once they get into their swing.

Played his first game at 9 for the roosters this week. Made 37 tackles off the bench and did well

Yes and he has had very little rugby this season.

His deal at the Roosters is up this year, maybe they are either trying to entice him to stay by giving him some NRL game time or trying back off interest from, elsewhere. Thats exactly what Wigan were doing with Rushton with his involvement in the Salford game
