Whilst in the process of loosing a brilliant player in Sutcliffe,I'm not surprised that he wants to leave when they won't play him in the same position from one week to the next,Castleford will appreciate him good luck to the lad

He has had more than enough chances but has not been good enough in any one position , hence why he is utility . Leeds will not be disappointed he is going , it opens the door for a youngster and reduces the salary cap

Imagine clubs having the ability to plan and put financial forecasts together for the next year of trading and cut their cloth accordingly.

Anyone would think they are businesses.

Imagine your boss telling you that he is giving you a pay cut but has the money to bring some one in for big cash next season . Would you be happy ?

I guess it would depend on a number of factors.

Firstly the extent of my pay cut and the duration.

If several others around me were leaving and not being replaced.

If the new person coming in could increase my ability to earn bonus.

Etc etc etc.

You are attempting to make this a very black and white issue in some futile attempt to justify your position when in truth it is far from it.
Unofficially the most boring poster on Cherry and White.

I wouldn’t mind but Wigan academy utterly embarrassed their “golden generation” just before lockdown

Anyway, they are all football fans again now
Years in existence and average attendance

Leigh Centurions - 100+ years / Circa 3k
Wakefield Wildcats - 100+ years / Circa 4k
Toronto Wolfpack - 3 years / 9k

Evidently you will never be happy. But thats not a suprise really to most. So you crack on supporting your club and its tainted beliefs and we will support ours. Crack on talking drivel on your own yorkshire page where everything is better. Apparently

Yeah it seems like you need to reduce costs the way Hetherington is going on,he seems to think that his team is the only club in strife
