Salford bound . Sooner rather than later if Evalds goes to Cas earlier than planned.

Good luck to him if it comes off. He’s been a pretty good player for us and did a job when we needed him. A weird negativity seems to surround the guy from some fans because he dares to be on a good deal and won’t walk away from it. Who would do that?

Glad he’s moving on and not rotting in the reserves on a biggish contract.

Will always remember him as our full back when we became world club champions. Also played and won a GF.

Good luck to him

His game is similar to Evalds' so I think he'll go well under Watson.

I got told he is one of highest earners in the entire squad which personally I had difficulty in believing it but the guy who told me is connected to the club.

Lam took a pretty instantaneous dislike to him so he was highly unlikely to get any first team minutes.

I thought he was ok but another player at the club where very little improvement was made to his game which effectively was a player with a bit of space and not a lot of anything else

I'd like to think that I would.

Escare sitting out this season doesn't benefit anyone. Surely the best move would be to take a pay cut and back yourself to perform and earn another big contract? Sitting it out means his potential worth drops week on week, when instead he could be playing and showcasing himself.

Kinda like Tom Davies moving for game time at Catalan's.

Good luck to him after the way he has been treated by Wigan.

Has he been treated any differently to any other player who isn't good enough to play first team rugby?

If Escare is to go to Salford you'd imagine Wigan RL will still be paying part of his salary if the rumours regarding the amount he's paid are anything like true.
