There are 2 friendlies this week. The reserves play in the capital challenge on Friday and the 1st team play in Faz Testimonial game on Sunday. I think who is picked in which squad will tell a lot.

The following Thursday we go to Leigh and i can see a mainly reserve team with 1 or 2 fringe players only being included in that side.

This should give some big clues regarding who will play where come the opening game v wire.

All will get game time regardless if its reserves or first team. This should tell a lot regarding which players start where, particularly at Prop.

My guess is Navarette Partington, Byrne, Havard and Wells will all play in London on Friday with Flower, Burgess, Bullock, Clubb and Clarke all featuring on Sunday

I’m off down to London Friday for the game. I’ve been meaning to do it for years and have finally got round to it. We’ve got a deep squad so I think we’ll put out two reasonably solid teams. It would make far more sense for guys like Navarette, Hankinson and Shorrocks to get 60-80mims against them Skolars, rather than them getting 10/15 mins against Leeds.
