As UKAD has not published anything, GH is still under a provisional suspension.
Given that he is innocent until proven guilty the sensible thing is what the Club has done which is to allow him to return to his family. UKAD does not cite which of the 10 regs have been broken so we dont know anything about what has happened.

However, who is to say that he has has not requested a B sample and a hearing?

If he appeals and is successful I would have him back at the club in a heart beat. A lot of comments on here about hes been such a naughty boy, but I havent seen anything to back that up, so in my eyes - he's still innocent.

I just cannot understand why it is taking all this time. OK, confidentiality, fair enough, but just nothing seems to be happening. I think this is disgraceful from UKAD.
