Brilliant win today, another thumping win and still only lost once all season, some of them lads look like real talents, Think Hanley Rushton Smith and Havard are real ones for the future, big credit goes to Shane Eccles who’s took over an excellent team and made us better

82-0 against a combined Hull academy - some great prospects there. Massive cause for concern for Hull - looks like they'll have to keep relying on external recruitment for the forseeable.

Hard to overestimate how much Wigan's youth development supports this sport.

I can see why Harry Smith has been playing out on DR. He looked a class above, but there again the Hulls Academy were steam rollered. I imagine that a couple of our lads will be stepping up next season and we desperately need the reserves rather than shipping our talent out to London Skolars like we have been doing. I would say that we have a couple of good un's there.

Your production line is an absolute credit to your club. Havard and Smithies look like future stars to me, they have somthing about them that sets them apart.

Anyone know the story with Reece Hamlett moving to warrington? thought he looked a good prospect

I don't know whats going on at the combined Hull academy, but Cas have 8 Hull based players in our academy. Strange that they choose Cas over Hull.

Because Hull would sooner pack their team with 2nd rate imports from he Southern hemisphere rather than give the local lads a chance?

Havard didn't play in the U19's win at Huddersfield yesterday, could have been held back for the Wakefield game on Thursday.
Hamlett looked very disinterested this year at Wigan, maybe a change of clubs will do him good.
