As far as i am aware Wigan RL is the only rugby league team in the UK to do the following!

1 The first British team to win the World Club Challenge
2 The first (and only") team to win in Australia
3 The club with the most supporters at a league game
4 The most supporters in SL game
5 The most Challenge Cups
6 The first team to be screened on Sky
7 The first Team to to score a try at Wembley and win
8 The first team to be screened in HD
7 The first team to win the Grand Final
8. The first club to announce a British record Signing e.g. Offiah in 1992!
9. The first team British team to win the 7s
10. The first team to play in a game in a stadium of 100,000 plus!

If anybody can add to this list i would like to look at it :READING:

Is point 10 correct? In 1954 wire played Halifax in front of 102k so technically it must have been a 100k stadium
1998,2010,2013,2016 & 2018.....I was there

there also must have been many many other record signings prior to Offiah. Wasn't Fairbairn sold to HKR for 72.5K, at that time a record?
Neil, Reggie, Cowie forever.

Wasn’t one of our games shown in 3D a few years back? I don’t think that happened again.
