And let me guess, he will be sacked from Wigan and will return to castleford to lead you to grand final glory?

Hope not.

At least next season you’ll be able to share your obsession of Zak with Mitch Clark

Widdop is injured and may miss the rest of the year.

Widdop was back as captain of St. George last weekend and played the full game. Good performance considering his long layoff.

Bennett said a couple of months ago that his preferred half back pair for England was Williams and Widdop.

Take no notice Hengirl, it’s just his stalkers trying to get a bite again. It’s time they gave up on here and crawled back under their stone. I’ve yet to see either of them contribute anything positive on here.

Yea I thought that’s what it was,I do find it bizarre peoples obsession with the lad

Was it not Cas fans on here who broke his drink driving story?

There’s a few comments on the cas forum that he’s been naughty again but not enough to concern me yet.

It would explain the French signing though. I guess we’ll find out by Thursday.

Would probably be a good thing for you - one of the areas you can cover relatively easily (particularly now with French) and he looks a fair way short of where he was for Leeds/Cas to me.

Like with TT, would probably be a convenient shame.

He’s not stood out but he’s been very steady and good in defence. When you consider the time out he’s had he’s been a success I would say. He’s also covered at centre and done well and we are fairly light in that position so having emergency cover in this position helps.
I for one hope it’s just gossip and he’s on our books next season and can build a partnership with Hastings like he had with Gale and become an attacking force.

Can’t agree, he’s not been at his MOS challenging form but has been decent. Lam’s way of playing is starting to show, that combined with recent signings has the potential to bring the best out of him.

I approved of his signing and still do, there will always be a sense of a ticking time bomb with him and always be rumours whether true or not.
