Hardaker in that era was a superb defender and taker of the high ball whilst Tomkins was less than reliable in defence and a liability under the high ball. Tomkins was lethal in attack and whilst Hardaker never had the attacking capability of Tomkins, he was still a huge threat. If you mean Hardaker has never been as good in attack as Tomkins was then id agree but Tomkins has never been as good in defence as Hardaker was and still is. Hardaker is now the better all round player and it will become apparent once he fully finds his feet in attack.

Look back at the thread when he was convicted of drink driving. Everyone said the same then, but his “stalkers” knew exactly what was going on before it became public knowledge.
You can’t say you didn’t know what you were getting, it should be no surprise that’s he’s screwed up (again).

Get a life you sad sad man, Hardaker hasn’t “messed up” again and whilst I won’t defend his previous actions, he’s been very good on/off the field this year
