Am I just seeing it through my Wigan glasses or has the officiating been poor? How was Isa a sin bin?i didn’t think it was even a penalty.
I must be wearing the same glasses, shocking officiating. That said, we didn’t deserve to win, only turned it on for 15 minutes like we have done every game this season.
Wire fan here in peace! Westwood is an embarrassment but I think both sides had bad calls from the ref. You were lucky not to have another one binned, SOL with his usual high tackle right after someone else was pinged. The league needs to sort all the nonsense of players lying around the ruck and arm trapping, everyone’s at it.
I’d be worried when your coach is saying you trained well - but of a death knell there! Do you need to get rid before the rot sets in?

I’ve just watched it from abroad on Sky. My point stands. Could’ve also had someone binned for the shoulder charge on Austin, saved because the play continued.
You lack creativity and killer instinct, Williams’ crabbing unlocked us for one try, but it’s not going to win games.

Lam’s a strange one, isn’t he? Last week we heard he was happy losing the bottom-of-the-table Huddersfield because training was good in the week leading up to the game. He said the same today - he’s happy that execution has been good in training and they’ve gone well in the week. Moreover, he sees today’s game (a resounding loss) as a turning point in the season. Maybe delusional rather than strange?

Didn’t think either Bullocks or SOL’s high tackles were bad, Bullocks looked bad in real time as it was such a big collision between 2 big men but his arm bounced up off the ball, SOL’s initial contact was the shoulder. No argument about the Sarginson yellow, looked a cheap shot.
Just got back to the car and I cannot for the life of me understand how Wire came away with a penalty for a legal tackle by Isa, which for some reason Wire took exception to and blew it up in to an all in battle, which then resulted in a Wire headbut by a big forward on the smallest player in the field.
Still it was in keeping with the ‘Thaler Show’.
Let’s hope we can take the last twenty minutes passion in to next week.

No go forward, clueless in attack and tackling is woeful , Clubb,Isa, Navarrete not good enough. Halfbacks not doing anything and the shocking thing is that we don’t look fit and are getting out muscled in every tackle. But other than that we are playing well

You’re right, we do. But after that I wouldn’t be too confident it’s your year. Very close to bottling it against a very poor side.
