In reply I'd have been shocked if you beat London. I predicted a loss. I really struggle to see where the wins are going to come.
This current Wigan squad is weaker than the Warrington and Leeds squads that finished the season in the middle 8s imo.

Beware, Wire and Leeds went through the season thinking form will turn next week!

I don’t buy that tbh, I’m not worried about where the wins are going to come from once things click. I may be wrong but fans and the media are too emotive and quick to react when things go well or go poorly. Didn’t Warrington start least year terribly with everyone saying you’ll end up in the Middle 8’s. Two finals later and all is forgotten.

A strong team on paper doesn’t necessarily mean a winning team, you of all should know that. The Wigan team, whilst not playing well at the minute, is littered with multiple Grand Final, Challenge Cup and World Club Challenge winners. You don’t become a bad team overnight so no need to worry just yet.

Price concentrated on defence for first the month as our spine had only just returned from England duty and had little game time together.
We were doing nothing other than 5 drives and a kick for that period.

Sorry, not sure I get your point? We have a 1 who hadn’t played for a year and a half, a 6 who’s been on England duty, a new 7 and a 9 who’s been away to PNG with the Knights. Like it did with you last year, it will take a little while for things to click.

I’ve seen enough in the Saints game and the WCC to know the quality is there. Just a case of getting it to show consistently.

You have consistently posted well before Warrington/Wigan week, I remember replying to a comment of yours after the London game. I totally understand banter of the rivalry kind but I couldn't imagine spending as much time as you obviously do offering input, commenting and antagonizing fans of another team on their own forum. I start to wonder what a uninspiring life you must lead if you have so much time to be on a forum of another team that you clearly don't support. To some extent I agree with you. However sport is littered with successful clubs that when influential players and staff leave they have a period of what is considered underperformance. When such changes occur there is often an emotional effect that impinges on the team's performance as well as it being physically weakened. Add to this the temporary nature of your present appointment and the anticipation of 2020. All this works against a successful 2019.

Lamm may turn things around but his statements do not inspire a feeling that he has things in hand and a plan to make progress. This again will only add to the players apparently lack of confidence.

Have you seen the fixture list why do we play Salford away twice, in two weeks time and then on Easter Monday.

I think, barring injury, Lam needs to establish who's his starting 6 and 7, and given them game time to work with the team. Chopping and changing each week won't allow the halves to bed in and develop strong communication with their runners and linking up with the FB.

I can't see anyone else coming in during the 2019 season, so it's time for him to name his halves and give them time.

Interesting to see tickets for Warrington fans being sold in our end. Been plenty of trouble last few years there and can’t see any different especially if we win
