I thought Escaré coming on and ST staying at full-back worked OK.
I said to my son yesterday that the Wakefield kicking to touch was far superior to our efforts.
For a coach who talks about hard yards the missed opportunities of gaining 20 or more yards every time we have a penalty amazes me. Hopefully SW has this on his list of target improvements in the coming weeks.
Escare & ST both seem to have a decent punt therefore, I just cant understand why we cannot give this duty to just those guys rather than anybody who thinks that they can kick. "Nit picking" but a relatively easy fix.
Has the kicking coach gone or is he still on the books??
Agree we looked much better with ST at FB and Escare in the halves. Just need the rest of the backs to pick up their games to feed off ST whose form is improving game by game which is great to see.
