I didn’t want to be the first one to say but watching him real close for the first time I was unimpressed, how many times did he take the ball in? Twice? And he looked very lazy in defence and should have been better positioned and put more effort in for Leeds try. Wonder if that’s why they hooked him?because he surely wasn’t knackered.
McMeeken looked good though, don’t think there is anything in that rumour but if there is I would be very happy. Oledzki looks a decent young prop too, doubt Leeds would be willing to get rid but he looks a good prospect.

Who keeps signing our props? They keep signing impact props that have good YouTube clips. If you looked at Chris Hills highlights there wouldn’t be any, but that’s the type of prop we need.

What we need isn’t readily available though, off the top of my head in Superleague I can think of Hill,Walmsley,Thompson,Fifita,Watts,Taylor who could come in and lead our pack and play long minutes, and none of these are realistic signings.

Rads goes to Australia every year and comes back either empty handed or with a project signing on a salary less than the cost of sending him out there.

Was speaking to Lenegan in square today and he confirmed Williams had gone, said we’d signed Mitch Clark and that was trying our best for Hastings, if we fail for him then Aidan Sezer and Maloney were backup options, also said strengthing front row was a priority

So would I mate but the way he was telling us it was one or the other, Aidan Sezer was interesting to hear, very good goal kicker and looked decent when I’ve seen him play, he didn’t sound all that confident in Hastings though if truth be told

No, but someone has scouted Hill and Walmesley from the Championship, Thompson and Taylor through the young system and Fifita from the NRL. Why can’t we sign a decent prop? In fact, when was the last genuinely good prop to play for Wigan?
