Offsides always seem to be a bit random. I think if we were working to the letter of the law, one could be called practically every set. Hastings is murder for it when defending on our own line. There were worse decisions on the day (such as the Isa "knock on"). As long as they even out, I don't think they warrant too much discussion.

Joey Lussick anybody.

Seems he has rejected a deal at Salford and will be moving on.

Also saying that Hastings is still a free agent out of contract next year. Suggests he is leaving Wigan too.

I like Lussick but very similar to a Powell so it’s a no from me.

I’m more than comfortable with Powell, Borough and TL (who hopefully goes round again) as our options at 9.

At the start of the season I would have said yes but after the season Powell is having that would be a no for me now, unless they see him as a replacement for Tommy and spelling Powell in the halves?

There’s so much up in the air regarding various players that it’s hard to answer. If French goes who comes in, if Hastings goes who replaces him? If one stays what happens? Is Gildart leaving? Will Lockers and Leuluai retire or one or both play on?

Give me this squad we have now with no exits and I’d say we don’t need him but things will be different depending who leaves the club.

I believe that French has turned down an offer that would have made him a marquee signing so I assume that means Hastings is also off.
Major changes next year.
I'd try to get TL to carry on but SOL despite his CC unfortunately can't do enough games so for me a move to coaching for him

I don't see how he can have, the marquee spots next year are already taken up by G.Burgess and Bateman. Hastings has been open about not being a marquee player, though I agree that he and French will both likely be gone.

A couple of seasons coaching at academy level then works his way through the ranks like Waney did and bobs your uncle

If Lussick is no better than Powell, why be interested in him?
