FWIW I think he’s best retiring as planned but to come out with that tripe is laughable. He was immense and a huge reason why we played the way we did.

Time that O'Loughlin retired while he is still at the top and does not become a pale shadow of himself as a result of injuries which prevent him from giving more time in a game.

Maybe we could inject them with some confidence at the start of each half?

Or maybe add to the list of future genetic modifications along with increased stamina and optional armour plating???
