Eddie Battye was on The Hawksbee and Jacobs show today on Talksport. They chatted with Eddie for some time and it was good promotion for the club.
Being that the two presenters live in London and have an interest in our sport, why not get them down to Trailfinders, it would be good promotion and a win win for The Broncos.

Fair enough.
I noticed a BBC London presence at Trailfinders on Sunday, just like the old days.
And we were the top item on BBC London's sports news in the afternoon - spookily at the moment I pulled into the car park.

I listened to Radio London broadcast on the way back to Wakefield last Sunday.

They were very enthusiastic about the Broncos performance.

You are getting some good publicity at the moment in the capital.

Hope David Hughes reacts to this.

Is there young a young social media savvy supporter who can help the club kick on and maximise on the publicity being generated.

Still shell shocked but hope to get our revenge when we next visit London in May.

Rob Elstone, you wanted to raise the profile of Super League players. Get behind our club and recognize the work they are doing in the media. With the London based media on our doorstep, Eddie Battye for one, has shown he is ready to step up. Now is the time for Super Leagues media machine to get into gear, step out of the M62 corridor and get down to London.

100% with you there Bostwick.

The media, which is predominantly London based are now listening and following the Broncos.

Their importance to Rugby League could be massive if they stay up and more so do well.

If the RL don't want to help directly, why not get the Hearns to promote a few big games to test their capabilities.

JESUS WEPT :WALL: HOW MANY TIMES?????
£20 a ticket and £15 on beer and merchandise.....so an away fan is worth £35. At best, 1,000 is the average away support split across 11 rounds and I am being really generous here, so Toronto, replacing say Wakefield will cost a SL club £35,000.
The minimum turnover of a SL club is £4,000,000 so Toronto instead of Widnes is worth less than 1% of a SL clubs turnover.

There are many valid reasons for and against expansion into America, but "AWAY FANS" isn't one of them. :BEAT:
