But why would we let griff go??? Who can we possibly be signing who's that much better? It can't be an Aussie cause we dont have a quota spot, and I doubt we have enough cash anyway with the size and quality of our squad. Priority for me would be to get larne to resign quick sharp or we could find ourselves lacking upfront again!
These rumors have all come apart because Dave Parker linked him with Wigan, then saints were interested now leeds- if so many top clubs want him why would we get rid when he's still contracted?

i think we look at the situation as supporters, we see what we perceive to be the best team and assume the coach and players do too, we are told of a team spirit and believe this to be 100% true, that all the players are good mates etc... however they are all human and have different personalities, like you do with you work mates. Maybe, just maybe there have been ongoing personality clashes and something has to give, its too easy to say, 'be professional'. working with someone who annoys the overall group must be hell, not that im suggesting this is the case, but i'm trying to look at it from a different angle.

Mable has a good point, however a point to remember is they are professionals on a professional salary. I don't like everyone I work with, but I get paid to work as a team in a professional manner - confrontation exists in most professions and it is down to the individual as to how they handle it.

ATEOTD if he does end up being released and no fee is paid it will be because we agree to it. If we agree to it and it is done and dusted as some say it is then we have time to adjust.

As for any potential reasons, well, we can all guess at it but the reasons are secondary. So long as he does his best on the pitch and is 'professional' off it then I suppose that's all we can ask for.

Strange. He has been in excellent from this season but If he is off then people are replaceable - Wish him well but I still hope he remains focused for us until end of season.

If this is true I'll be sorry to see him go. I think he's been great for us. Still has another really good season in him I think.

haha think its more closer to now than then but yh either way leeds are an ageing team why would you want to join that. fair enough they still have top quality players but i think they could be out of the top 4 for a while now
