A real shame for Broughy, his form has been outstanding this year with him getting some real consistency to his game and finally getting the recognition he deserves. As for Kyle Wood - I saw him play at 7 against Wakefield in a pre-season friendly and he created loads and has a decent kicking game himself; would do well alongside Brown and definitely worth a run out.

The sooner he gets back to fully fit and out on the field though the better because his kicking game is pivotal to us getting results when we're not playing well. We play in the oppositions half a lot and much of that is down to what Brough can do when putting boot to ball combined with an enthusiastic chase.

Absolutely gutted that Broughy is injured, but the picture of him on the back of today's Examiner made me chuckle - he looks like Sloth off Goonies!!

with brough out i think we should revert to the brown and robinson combination with lunt going back at hooker changing with faiumu

kirmond,horne or gilmour can take faiumus place in the pack

other option is just to put wood in as a straight replacement, hes not let us down but the above would work better for me...we are going to miss the kicking game badly!

I saw Danny last night and asked how long he would be out for... He said 5 weeks, but not sure if that was just optimism??

saw broughy in tesco yesterday...no bandage on his ankle or anything of that description and run to his car without any kind of problem.....i think he`ll be back soon
