They also recently beat Saints academy and dominated the recent academy origin….wonderful sour grapes. They beat us to KPP signing so maybe that wasn’t the best move in the end for them.
Peet not take any interest in the recent academy roses games then?

Peet's titty lip has come out big style. Why have a dig at our academy? All he needed to say was that there were sorry to see him go and wish him all the very best.

Perhaps the message wasn't meant entirely for our benefit? A cheap dig and a shot across our bows yes, but also maybe a bit of something for others at Wigan biding their time and wondering what else is on offer.

What it does show, is that it's hurt them that they've invested but not necessarily first pick
Pete's little tantrum is the best result we have had for a while.

“Saint” Matty Peet allowing his halo to slip. This must’ve really hurt!

Well, there's confirmation that we've signed a very good player.

Why not get rid of willie isa to open up a spot in the backrow?
.did they really need to spend money on bringing bateman back from the nrl, cant have it both ways

Sounds like poor first team management to me.

. It makes me wonder why he's signed for us rather than Wigan or the Dolphins.

Same reason anyone signs for Wire £££
Conveniently forgotten the mid 80s to mid 90s???
I don't know much about this lad but the wigan posters who have come on here all speak well of him, peet has spat his dummy out about losing him (I hope agent Briers was involved) and saddened has trolled Wigan about this signing and not us on this thread.

Looking forward to seeing him in the pnb, early indications are that this is a great signing.
Great signing, the kid has good ball skills, a good running game and is not afraid to do the tough stuff.
