Nice to see Wigan fans unhappy at us signing one of their players for once rather than laughing at us.

You've got to get one right eventually, but you never know. :D

You’re getting a top tier prospect there if that comes off. The competition at Wigan is huge but I think he’s good enough to see it off over the next 18 months or so. He possibly sees a quicker route to a first 17 spot at Wire and I presume it’s a good offer on the table. It would be a pretty big coup that one and pound for pound I think could end up being one of your best signings for a good while.

If I had a choice of retaining Nicholson but not signing Cooper I'd be happier with that.
Wire have signed potentially the best young backrow forward to come through our system for a long long time.
I had him down as a potential future captain of Wigan

Do you include KPP in that assessment?

I know that you signed him from London Academy, but I thought he also played for Wigan Academy too?

Massive future in the game but NRL bound by all accounts
Sounds like a very good signing, just hope that he isn't another "Andre Savelio" type, who'll be off at the drop of an enhanced contract in the future. It makes me wonder why he's signed for us rather than Wigan or the Dolphins.

He's 18. Plenty of time to go to the nrl later if he fancies it. I'm made up with this signing(well done Karl  ). Hope we throw him straight in against Salford on Sunday.
“Saint” Matty Peet allowing his halo to slip. This must’ve really hurt!

Peet's titty lip has come out big style. Why have a dig at our academy? All he needed to say was that there were sorry to see him go and wish him all the very best.

Does he not know he’s signed Cooper from our academy?

We may have not focused our Youth Set-up in the past, but that isn`t the case any more.

Warrington Academy beat Wigan Academy at Wigan, earlier this month, btw.
